Epicor Software interview questions

No in-person interview. All remote. 3 separate calls with: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager's Counterpart. Interview questions were all focused on process. Not much discussion around past experience/roles - focused on process and theoretical situation handling.

Talked to Recruiter, then Hiring Manager. H.M. questions were all nontechnical. Mostly about my past work and whether i had done precisely what they were looking for. HM liked to talk a lot.
