The interview process starts with the HR reviewing the profile. Overall a 5 round of interview. Very good experience with the entire team at Epicor. The HR partner was proactive in letting know of the entire process and giving regular feedback.

Interview
It started with recruiter-Suma calling me. Had 3 rounds in 2 days. Followed by offer discussion and releasing the offer letter. Everything was processed in 1 week time. Suma kept me informed of all the steps and made is very easy.

7 rounds, later you decide candidate is not a right fit. Very surprising when every round lasted about 45mins! After 7+ hrs of interviews a rejection shows incorrect assessment. I am they are not aware of what they want
