I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2025
Interview
I was contacted by HR on LinkedIn. There was a general info session on Zoom after which we were scheduled for an massive interview session. It wasn't necessarily group interviews, but I was in my seat from 10:00am to 4:00pm with various sessions such as info or QA or scenario-based questions to final one-on-one with HR. It was a long process with only a 15min break. It seemed a little excessive for an interview.
Company conducted a phone screening, followed by multiple online assessments to test technical skills and personality traits (these lasted 1-3 hours and are required for every position), and a case study to test your task prioritization and delegation skills.
