Interview
I had a phone interview that ran through your resume and basic behavioral questions. Then the online portion where they test your coding skills and an IQ test on top of that, and then the onsite interview.

Question 1
For the on site interview they ask you for three references, and they ask which you feel most confident in. After that they ask what is something good they would say about you, and then what is something negative they would share about you.

Interview
Applied through college website, heard back promptly asking for phone interview. I scheduled my phone interview before my online assessment. I have no background in programming (although I am learning it on my own). Then, I had phone interview and online assessment through ProctorU. There was basic programming, some brainteasers etc.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic (Houston, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
30 minute phone interview, talked about the role and asked about not having background in coding and interviewer said she didn't either when she started and the trained you.
Interview was very casual.
