Epic Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Applied through college website, heard back promptly asking for phone interview. I scheduled my phone interview before my online assessment. I have no background in programming (although I am learning it on my own). Then, I had phone interview and online assessment through ProctorU. There was basic programming, some brainteasers etc.

30 minute phone interview, talked about the role and asked about not having background in coding and interviewer said she didn't either when she started and the trained you. Interview was very casual.
