Had to take an exam which included English, Personality, Math, Programming which took a couple of hours to complete. Then it took a few days to hear back from them about the overall results.
They asked some questions about my academic and industrial accomplishments. They also asked about my previous customer support experience and how I might handle more difficult customers. The entire process was remote as I was living outside the Madison area.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Ann Arbor, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
I started with a 30 minute phone screening, then a technical screening online, and finally an interview day where I talked with HR and did situational interviews with people currently in the position.
