Epic Technical Support Engineer interview questions

After applied, got the phone interview scheduled right after. OA can be scheduled before or after phone interview. OA took around 4 hrs. Phone interview asked typical questions, why epic? What do you see yourself in five year, etc.

The resume review was thorough. Asked about all the gaps in the resume. Overall it was a straightforward process and need to submit an online test (take about slightly more than 2 hours). HR person responds quickly and keeps you updated throughout the process.
