I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Emapta Versatile Services in Jul 2025
Interview
Just the basic interview questions. But after that, no follow up messages on how the application went. In short, ghosted. I don't know if they're just pooling some applicants for some quota.

Interview
Interview process was precise and convenient, recruiters at accommodating too. They were flexible enough to schedule online interviews instead of Face to face onsite meeting.

Interview
Thank you for the opportunity to go through your interview process. Over three weeks, I completed one initial screening, two technical rounds, and a live coding session. While the coding challenge was introduced as non-production-ready, later sessions contradicted that by emphasizing real-world scenarios and specific implementation preferences—making the guidance unclear and inconsistent.
I also received no feedback from interviewers, which made it difficult to gauge progress or improve. The recruiter shared that the client is very particular and often struggles to fill the role, with similar feedback coming from other applicants. If the expectation is a “perfect” software engineer, perhaps offshoring with a limited budget isn’t aligned with those expectations. Clearer communication and more realistic standards would help avoid wasting time for both parties
