The hiring manager was really nice and pretty straightforward. Initially I was interviewed with the PH country manager then with the AU Client Partner who was nice also. I think aside from the skills, you will land the job by showing your eagerness and that you are really willing to learn the job. The hiring manager will see and feel your attitude.

The Interview Process was quick and they are very detailed when it comes to the interviewee's actions and if you're nervous or not and they will help you few minutes before the interview for expected questions.
