poor communication. Interviewer always changes the schedule last minute and does communicate right away with. So unprofessional. Like when my interview was scheduled at 2 pm, she notified me at 2:04 that she will move it the next day. It's unfortunate how much they don't respect people's time.

It was a phone interview. After I tell the interviewer my experience. She told me that I was unfit for the job regardless of my skills which is relevant to the role. I was quite sad because she did not atleast considered my technical skills.
