The process had 3 different steps, two online and one in-person. The online part was mainly analytical skills tests while the in-person day was meant to assess other soft skills as time management, organisation skills etc

Why do you think you are a good candidate for the role
One round of interviews. Went smoothly, was asked usual interview questions, interviewer was friendly and professional and explained what they were looking for and how the team operated. Got the offer subsequently.
Interview consisted of a mix of video interview recorded questions and some written responses to questions. The process took a long time and there was no time limit. Also, the video questions were not too difficult. They were ok
