I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in May 2014
Interview
Very relaxed, be prepared and be yourself. The questions are similar to any other CPA firm. Nothing crazy, no weird questions. Usually 3 different interviews and make sure to know your recruiter.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Tokyo) in Jun 2014
Interview
One telephone call from the directing manager about 30 minutes. It was more relaxing. The process was less complicated because I got chosen from school resume bank. The rationales on selection was the task they were doing involving my national background and me being their alumni.
