begins with an application where you outline your experience plus CV etc then simple aptitude tests then more in depth aptitude tests and scenario evaluation where you have to solve tasks as if in the work place finally an interview with a partner which is not easy to prepare for - questions are designed so that you cannot have scripted answers, if you do, you will fail
Smooth process……………………………………………….Interviewed by senior manager, very nice. Asks a simple question only. Only online iv, but before that got screening iv via phone call by HR. Good and easy to communicate, saves time
