Good, was geared towards the role, not trying to catch you out. Partner was kind and felt like a conversation. Was a set question list and we worked through it and expanded where appropriate.
Ok... a lot of fluff but this was because the interviewer was not clear on the questions he wanted to ask as well as HR not being understanding of the process
1 hour interview with senior manager and partner. Pretty conversational with behavioural questions. Questions were the usual questions like tell me a time when you went over and beyond, tell me something that you have done that was right. Was lucky that interviewers were chatty as well.
