I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview was a walkin and started at 10 am with 2 rounds -JAM and aptitude.Third was HR round and final round is technical which is yet to happen.
Please make sure when you hear about the position that whether it is still open or not.The Recruitment process and the attitude of the HR is pathetic .They will not return back your calls or respond back if asked for updates. The candidates are not treated with respect.
There was an initial phone interview (basically a screening) and they asked basic questions, e.g. why EY? why the service line?, and then go through the CV. Interview followed up about a week later with the Senior Management and HR. It was a longer hash of CV and any leadership roles/past experience to show competencies.

Question 1
Why EY? Why this job position? What do you know about the service line?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I met with 15 people including other associates, managers, principals, and vice presidents for thirty to sixty minute long interviews. I interviewed over three visits to the office and also had a phone interview prior to being invited to the office for the in person interviews. The interviews consisted of solving business cases, personality testing, and conversations where the interviewer got to know me better, The cases focused on real life examples of problems that I would encounter on the job.
