EY Associate interview questions

First round with HR will be a simple call to establish grounds for joining the firm. Second round of interview will be a panel of managers, where you will be given an hour to read a paper and answer with an essay. The essay will be submitted and you will then be asked to create a deck per the paper read.

Two (2) interviewers from hiring department. Both interviewers made the session very casual and relaxed. Common questions for entry level position, nothing too technical - questions are more structured in getting to know candidates’ background, strengths, weaknesses etc.
