I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview was very by-the-book and impersonal. The interviewer just read questions off that I had to answer and took notes the whole time. The second stage of the interview process the interviewer was boasting about his work and the company, trying to "sell", the company which took up the whole time and he didn't leave any time for me to ask questions.
