Interview
I joined the technical interview through the company's online platform and discussed on various topics with the interviewer.
The interviewer was sincere and he was willing to elaborate or rephrase the question in case there was anything unclear for me.
There was 2 coding tasks which are with reasonable complexity for an 1.5-hour interview. I wrote the code the same online platform.
The process was transparent. Before the meeting I spoke to a recruiter from the company. He sent me information about the interview (e.g. format, tools that I will need). After the interview the recruiter team has contacted me to let me know about status updates and further discussed with me about career path in EPAM.

Interview
I had an Initial call with recruiter who gave no idea and what to expect and scheduled a call for next round.
I was scheduled a call with an Engineer, and after just minutes I felt his sole task is to humiliate me instead of get to know me..
Interview is for 1 hour and 30 mins, but interviewer cut shot my tell about yourself in less than a min by saying I don't care..
The recruited started to asked question and all of them are text book questions like explain the Architecture for X and so on..
When I said, i didn't know but I can write code and solve any problems and the interviewer started to laugh at me and murmured in Hindi..
I have 8 years of experience and no single question about what I knew and what I work on.. Seems the interviewer's sole task is just to humiliate me..
I hope that is just me, and I don't want anyone to have the same experience.. I tried to reach out to recruiter to share my experience but they ghosted me..
I attended a good number of interviews, no one laughed at me for saying I don't know top a question.. I would never apply to this company again..
