After an intial discussion at a networking event, I was asked to participate in an initial phone screening. The questions were common, predictable behavioral questions. At one point during the phone screening, a second interviewer came online to answer a question. Overall, the screening went relatively well, but I was not invited to participate in a second round of interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2012
Interview
Was nice and quick. Liked managers. Expectations for growth are sold as high but consistently fall short in execution. Typically told 6 months to senior sales based on backround and as though one has control over their training, (you do not), and amount of seniors already on staff. Their can only be so many senior sales advisors per size of store, location, and growth opportunities across country.

Interview
Quick but not effective

Question 1
I did a lot of research about the company before the interview. The interview was pretty casual. You told them what you knew and just continue the conversation.
