Interview
Two rounds of phone screening interviews and one in person interview. Both phone interviews are pretty easy. They just want to know what kind of person you are and then go through your resume. The onsite interview is more formal, about an hour and half. The whole atmosphere is pretty lay back and there are not many tough "technical" questions.

Question 1

Interview
Applied online I had two phone interviews and one in-person interview with a Area Manager. The job posting was for a position in my area and another was 20 miles away. It was very clear at the in-person interview that the local position I applied was only going to be available if I move out of state after the 6 month training program.

Interview
I was called for a phone interview and the questions asked were pretty general. The HR recruiter sounded awkward and nervous, and the pay that was offered was extremely low. To cut to the chase, I didn't think the position was worth it.
