Interview
It was quick and transparent process. There were a total of 4 rounds. The first round was with a senior manager. I was given a case study to solve and subsequently asked questions as I was solving for it. Second round was more behavioral. Third and 4th rounds with the MDs of the team. Every team member I met with was professional and just plain nice. And my HR was phenomenal. I enjoyed the entire process.
Great. Thorough process which included technical questions and cultural fit for the team. Relatively formal but very considered in their approach, made sure to put me at ease. Each individual had their own unique style of testing me out and throwing in a curveball.
