Deloitte Manager interview questions

Went through it as a campus hire. Had a case study and personality interview. Was more laid back than expected. Really positive. Received an offer about three weeks later and HR was super responsive throughout process

I went through a series of interviews with HR and the team. The interview process was well coordinated, with good communication. At one stage though, there was a technical hitch and the interview had to be rescheduled. After the last interview with the group managing director, he indicated that I would be hearing further about the next steps. After that, I didn't hear back from them. They did not get back to me to indicate their decision. After a couple of months, I got a generic survey asking for feedback about their interview process without any indication about my candidacy. I think it's rather inconsiderate and unprofessional to have candidates go through a few interviews and then not even follow up about the outcome.
