I had first a 30 min phone call with a nice and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist. This went very well and second step later was on Zoom with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who was cold and seemed to be bored. Questions were easy during the whole process. Unfortunatley, I never got any feedback since then. I contacted them to try to understand what happened but never got any answer to this day… They didn’t even take the time to tell me I wasn’t selected — this ghosting is surprisingly disappointing (and totally unprofessional) for a big company like Deezer which still actually tries to build a reputation. This tells a lot about the quality of management in this company.
