Interview
In short: Unprofessional and Cheap.
Normal/Easy Process. They reached out to me and were awkwardly trying to source the best talent at the cheapest price. So cheap I've actually met fresh graduates who applied to the position, while they seemed to consider fresh graduates.
At the time I've only got an interview with a falsely sympathetic HR in Paris who's basically quite bad at negotiating. Kind of did the technical assessment based on my past experience and buzz words.
He didn't allow time to talk about what's in there for me, the job itself, the company culture... despite me asking.
HR asked with clumsiness about my current salary/expectations and set an ultimatum.
So I executed his "wishes" and wrote a professional email with my salary expectations and arguments to sustain them.
I've been ghosted since, despite asking for an update in a friendly email.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deezer

D'abord un échange téléphonique avec RH, ensuite il y avait un test technique, le sujet dépende le poste postulé, une fois j'ai un réponse positive par rapport le test, il reste deux entretien avec le manager et le RH.
