Most important thing is to show your interest and ability to learn about products and be social since it is a client facing role were sale skills come in handy

Firstly had an over the phone interview taking to the manager of the branch. This just involved talking about availability, the branch, Christmas work with retail etc. He then offered me to see the branch and for an interview.

Chat and competency-based questions. On-site in-store interview was with a store manager. Feedback was offered via email but not received when requested. Relatively short interview process maybe 10 minutes all in.
