it was fine, they asked normal questions to be honest, just be yourself. They ask simple questions and give scenarios which aren’t to hard to act. Overall very good process

Few questions about experience, how you would dea with an upset customer etc. then headed to shop floor where you have about 10 mins to pick any product and learn all about it, a manager then comes over pretending to be a customer and you have to sell the product too them
