I sent my CV/Resume online in response to the posting for the job. I was emailed back within a couple days and asked for the best time to call for an over-the-phone interview. I had my phone interview on a Friday around 4pm and following four questions, an in person interview for Tuesday.
The phone interview were pretty standard questions - What's the importance of a brand? What do you think Samsung products communicate to customers? How important are the customer consultants to a company? and another one similar to those.
The in person interview was a lot less scary than expected. I've heard from colleagues and those I did my training with that they were asked to 'sell a product' in their interviews, and I was advised to memorise knowledge about the Galaxy S5 in the 5 minutes before my interview. However, the interview I had was mostly questions about my relationship with technology and how I felt about the Samsung brand, as well as a discussion about the importance of the Samsung Experience Stores project.
