Interview
I was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager of the shop.
It was very friendly but it does vary depending on where you go work and who interviews you. The questions were not too hard so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
If you pass the interview there is or used to be an induction week.
1 stage interview was okay sat in the back and they went through it with me got the job sorted offered me at the interview was easy and explained process and how long it would take to start
Normal process, asked about my background and extra curricular subjects including why I was interested in working in tech.
Be prepared to explain your work history and why you would be suitable for customer service
