Interview
Tge interview process comprised of two rounds, behavioral followed by technical. During the behavioral round, I was asked to give real life examples of situations when I showed my innovative skills, professional communication skills and integrity. I gave examples for each of the skill set. During the next round, I was asked questions related to my previous work, academic projects and few questions related to the position I was applying for.

Related to CFD, what are unstructured grids? How are they different from structured grids?

Interview
Got in contact with the company in October 2014 at the HEENAC Conference. Whole process took about a month. Had 2 interviews, first was behavior, second technical. Interview were fairly easy and straight forward questions about your past experience and how you went about implementing engineering skills and standards in projects.

After getting to know the recruiter at a collegiate fair, I received an email for a behavioral interview. It lasted about 45 minutes and was pretty straight forward.
Now I have a second interview which is a "functional interview". I assume it'll be more of a technical interview.
