HR Screen followed by phone interview with hiring manager and another engineer. Questions related to your projects and experience. Followed by onsite interview. One interview with the director and hiring manager. Was asked to solve 5 questions related to basic fluid mechanics. Other than this was asked to explain one project in detail. Onsite interview with Technical program leader and plant visit. At last discussion with HR.
