HR Screen followed by phone interview with hiring manager and another engineer. Questions related to your projects and experience.
Followed by onsite interview. One interview with the director and hiring manager. Was asked to solve 5 questions related to basic fluid mechanics. Other than this was asked to explain one project in detail.
Onsite interview with Technical program leader and plant visit.
At last discussion with HR.

Interviewer was very nice. It was a 2 step process, behavioral and then technical. Behavioral including commonly asked questions, including tell me about a time you made a mistake. Technical asking questions about how I used technical concepts to solve an engineering problem.

I apply online and I had the next day a phone call from HR and it was a pretty easy interview, then they schedule me with the engineer the next week and when I met with the interviewer and we started a friendly chat.
