Cummins interview questions

The interview process was great. I got my first interview right after the career fair (behavioral interview), two weeks later, I got the functional interview, and then two weeks after that, I got my offer.

The interview was in four phases Phase 1: Telephone screening with HR and getting to know if you are actually fit for the job. Phase 2: Zoom meeting with two managers and had simultaneous technical and behavioral interview which lasted about 40 mins. Phase 3: A more senior personnel drilled me with situational and leadership questions and lasted about 30 mins Phase 4: Panel of three senior managers asked various questions for about an hour.
