Cummins interview questions

The recruitment process starts with submitting your resume, invitation for face to face interview, police check and medicals. The process takes between 2-3 weeks to complete. The face to face interview was with the Operations Manager and the Supervisor, there is no HR interview. HR will get involved once you get the job to process your application.

Laid back behavioral interview. On the phone lasted about 20 minutes. Just with an HR person. After the behavioral interview there is a functional interview with someone in the specific department you are applying.
