No real questions asked about experience. Very vague, no understanding of role from interviewer aside from salary range.
No feedback given after even when requested.
They didn’t seem to know the sort of person they wanted for the role.

Interview
They were very people first - do you know this person, or this person. Really didn't want to see if I had the skills or knowledge for the job. Interviewers all looked, felt and spoke the same - felt no diversity in the panel.

They were more into asking if I knew people that I worked in the past. More than one person did this, and wanted my opinions of them.
