Contentsquare Customer Success interview questions

Wonderful discussion with the recruiter. Lovely person, very positive. The discussion with the hiring manager however, illustrated a stark difference between Contentsquare values and the hiring manager's values. This individual was not an innovative or original thinker, and did not seem to be happy at ContentSquare, He was not able to share vision, was clueless about roadmap, and asked if it was possible to tone down my enthusiasm. It became clear to me that while the vision at the C-level is solid, the folks on the ground are not living it. Not sure I could succeed with a leader that does not believe in the mission.
