Conduent Technical Support Representative interview questions

The interview was very basic, they were interested in putting warm bodies in chairs. Once they approved they gave us about a week to gather paperwork before our training began.

I applied for a home bases Tier 1 Tech Support role on a Friday evening. By Monday, I received the assessments. I took them Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon, I got a message from a representative of the company. He did not leave his name or introduce himself. His message said to take the assessments if I hadn't and that a company representative would be in touch soon. Two weeks later, I received no call, email or contact.
