They ask basic question about the technology. Not very punctual. They do interviews only on weekends and then they don't respect other's time.

There is a telephonic round to judge your basic technical skills. This round is followed by 2 other rounds of techincal with their panel. Last round is with the HR of the company who will negotiate with you regarding the early joiniing datea and the package on offer. Once through, your offer letter will be email to you within a weeks time.
