Collabera Associate Account Manager interview questions

Started with a phone screen, then went to the office to meet the Manager. She met me outside the office, which I thought was strange that I was not invited in to see the work space. She then proceeded to ask me about my sorority for the entire interview. Seemed telling once I did some souring to see the current employees.

Recruiter found me online and started out with a phone interview with a face-to-face a week later. Face-to-face interviewer had me wait nearly an hour before I interviewed with a sales manager. Was condescending and only talked about himself the whole time. Don't expect a traditional interview. They look for conversationalists and don't focus on accreditations on your resume.
