I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Orlando, FL) in May 2018
Interview
Very easy phone screening. Meeting with office director is very focused on questions about the position. Lunch with Director is very conversational. Phone call with regional director is not difficult, he is just hard to read.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Collabera (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and we spoke on the phone after connecting on LinkedIn. I then came in for an in person interview. I met the team and they were all very welcoming and passionate about their jobs. I asked them a ton of both professional and personal questions because they all started in the role I was interviewing for so I really enjoyed asking them why they chose this career path. It was nice to see that they are all very close and help each other at the job. They then showed me the office and my recruiter told me about when I should expect next steps.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera
Interview
Every step of the interview process was a very pleasant experience. The recruiter that reached out to me is super friendly and was very helpful throughout the whole interview process. If you have the prior qualifications and experience for the position and prove to them that you are capable of selling yourself during each stage of the interview you should do fine.
