The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chanel (Londres, Angleterre) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was offered the position via the luxury retail recruiter (where you have to pass very first round of interviews with recruiters) however they also provide you with advice. After that I've had a first round of interview in the HQ in Chanel, Barlow Place (right next to New Bond Street) with Chanel HR recruiter. During this round of interview I was lucky enough to be offered next round right away directly with a boutique manager, where I would be placed. This was, in my opinion, also because they were looking for someone urgently. The next day then I visited the boutique and had a interview with the boutique manager. After 2-3 days of the last round of interview I was offered the position.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chanel (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Long process as in a few weeks with multiple people. But very nice! Willing to train. They were very sweet and up front about what to expect with pay and training
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chanel (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview began with a 2-hour group session (a relatively new format for Chanel), where 10 of us worked together in smaller groups on various exercises designed to demonstrate communication and team work skills. The session was guided well by the managers present and their friendly and understanding attitude helped to make the morning an enjoyable, productive experience.
Successful interviewees were invited back in the afternoon for an individual interview with two Chanel managers that lasted no more than 30 minutes. The questions were fairly standard for an interview.
