The interview began with a 2-hour group session (a relatively new format for Chanel), where 10 of us worked together in smaller groups on various exercises designed to demonstrate communication and team work skills. The session was guided well by the managers present and their friendly and understanding attitude helped to make the morning an enjoyable, productive experience. Successful interviewees were invited back in the afternoon for an individual interview with two Chanel managers that lasted no more than 30 minutes. The questions were fairly standard for an interview.
