I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CarMax (Washington, DC) in Jun 2022
Interview
couple of rounds. mostly conversations with engineers and managers. 2 behavioral, 1 technical, 1 technical conversational questions. People were nice. I do feel I was mislead. The interviews went very smoothly and I got great feedback, but ultimately no offer

Question 1
Conversations about the dev stack and then they ask you to write a simple program. It was a method to choose a car with information about it from different data structures
After four weeks of interviews, I made it to the very last stage and they took another week to say they went with another candidate. Huge waste of time for an entry position.
