did practice pitch for car. and pretended to sale the car to the interviewers, dont forget to ask if the customer aka the interview want a test drive at the end.
It was three steps, at first the requrter have a phone call with you, if you passed then an assessment interview will set. If you passed they will call you for a personal interview in Richmond.

2 questions. one of them was a bout two land that was in a city and you have to analyze and calculate which one is better to buy and has more profit. It was challenging if you are not ready and don't used to these questions.

Very genuine and kind people who asked about your background, but the interview involved a live problem solving session which provided a lot of unnecessary stress. It felt like a timed standardized test.
