CarMax interview questions

Being that it was an employee referral I had a 1:1 within the first week of applying online. I met with a Buyer and that interview was pretty much the Hiring Meeting. I received all necessary documents and information and began work the following Monday.

Typical interview process with two groups of two high level (management) associates asking 10 questions. Cordial and was forthcoming with answers to questions asked. Looked like a great environment to work in. I was disappointed in the response I got from them. Took a week to finally get word back. A short e-mail from their corporate office basically saying "thanks, but no thanks" Would have been nice to get some feedback, but I assume they already had an internal candidate in mind and had to go through the motions for outsiders.
