I applied online. I interviewed at CarMax (Greenville, SC)
Interview
There was an initial phone interview and then an in store interview. They had my sit in the lobby for about two hours. Finally they took me back where I watched a video and answered some questions on a computer. After this I was interviewed by the sales manager and another man. I thought I did pretty well, the sales manager was kind of awkward, not someone who you would think would be an car sales.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CarMax (Richmond, VA) in May 2013
Interview
I had an initial phone screen and then an on site interview. The onsite interview was right at 5 hours long. Consisted of a drug test, reading comprehension test, logic test, and statistical analysis test followed by 3 panel interviews with 2 people in each. The first two panel interviews were with other developers and the last one was with two managers. The interviews with the developers were fairly simple technical questions while the interview with the managers were behavioral questions. (i.e. "What motivates you?")
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CarMax
Interview
Apply online. Got called to schedule interview. Came in, they had me do a competency test on the computer and mathematics on a paper test. I completed it really quickly and correctly. Had face to face interview with Interviewer and then the A.B.O.M (Asst Business Office Manger). If you get offered the drug test the same day then you know you got the job. Did the drug test. Scheduled another interview with the B.O.M. for a follow up interview the same week.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. Just your typical "tell me about when..." type of questions.
