Interview
It was a couple standard questions and then a case study. I then got to ask them questions at the end. I had to tell them about myself, describe work with large datasets, and a problem that I faced.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax in Feb 2025
Interview
1st round: short case + behavioral (1 hr)
2nd round: 2 cases + behavioral (3.5 hr)
Overall great people, great experience, long interview. The cases are way more light math / probability based rather than consulting style.
