CarMax interview questions

Hiring process is very simple you'll be interviewed by multiple managers at different times in a one-on-one style. Then if offered job, have to provide drug analysis immediately on the spot.

Multiple steps involved after you officially apply: 1) Online quantitative assessment (timed exam in a multiple choice format). 2) Recruiter phone screen with generic questions 3) 50min phone interview involving a case study - very quant focused 4) On-site interview with 1 behavioral interview an 2 case interviews. The cases are not traditional consulting cases but more of math based (I felt the experience was similar to Capital One's case interviews). There is also a lunch meeting but you will not be evaluated during this time.
