CarMax interview questions

Phone interview, then in person. Manager will ask situational questions. If you pass, you will do a selling exercise. Prior to selling exercise you watch a video explaining what you'll be doing.

There was an application process that involved including your resume, as well as a questionnaire. Though it took a little time, I feel that securing a phone interview was worth it. I only had the interview today 10/31 so I'm waiting to hear about a second interview.
