Interview
Phone screen first, and then an in person interview at a CarMax location. It turned out that this was just a cattle call open interview day- very impersonal. The interview itself was around 40 minutes and was a panel.

Interview
You go over your sales background then demonstrate how you would go about walking up to a vehicle with a customer. It was a very comfortable process as you sit with senior managers who introduce themselves and talk about the culture at the store.

Interview
They had me come in for an interview at 10am, which was when the business opened so I was left waiting outside . When I finally got inside I was made to wait longer as no one was ready for me yet. Finally, they sat me down in a small room where I had to do an initial pre-interview form on a computer, After I completed that, I had to wait 30 minutes for the first interview (since the man wasn't even at work yet). He asked me a series of questions based on the form i'd completed on the computer. They made me interview with 3 different men, with large waiting periods in between as most of them hadn't arrived at work yet or were not ready. At the end I was waiting another 30 minutes to take a drug test. The entire process took over 3 hours, which they had not let me know prior too me coming in.
