CarMax interview questions

The manager follow up is very fast. The interview process is interactive instead of the traditional Q&A styled interview. They actually get to know you as a person before making a final decision. You meet the store manager and have a brief post luminary interview after your interview with the sales manager. They are both great and down to earth btw

Takes in between 20-45 minutes. Mainly 2 interviewers which gives a little background of their self. They ask you about your background. Take turns asking typical questions. After they interview you, they ask if you have any questions(always have 2-3 questions and not pertaining the pay).
