Online questionnaire mostly a personality test for how you interact with customers and fellow employees. Received a call from the general manager who used the resume to question my employment history and background. He immediately asked if I would like to come in for a formal interview. Several days later, I was interviewed by two sales supervisors mostly about how to handle various customer scenarios. Was asked to go on the lot and simulate greeting a customer on the lot and describing how to read the sticker on the window and finding out what brought them out to shop for a car

Interview process was simple, they just wanted to hear about your ability and experience to work with others. Also, how well can you communicate and follow process. For this position, it is important to be able to pay close attention to detail.

Pretty simple straight forward process. Everyone was so kind, smiling helps a lot to make a great first impression. Over all great experience. Managers are also kind and welcoming along with all the staff.
