CarMax interview questions

It was very long with a panel. Scenario questions while managers look at you and write down. Managers from different departments come in. It was a bit difficult you just need to remember specific scenarios.

Interview process was about a day long including lunch. Multiple levels of interviews and they have other managers take you for a lunch during the middle of the day which is also part of the interview process. They are very thorough at making sure to choose a candidate that will fit the position.
